NAMASTE! WELCOME TO THE BEGINNERS MEDITATION COURSE
So I see you may be interested in completing a beginners meditation course.
The Beginners Course introduces core meditation principles such as posture and breathwork, along with simple techniques to establish a daily practice. You'll explore the theory behind meditation, the benefits of meditation, discover different types of meditation, and experience practical exercises including body scanning and guided meditations.
You will be taught how to start your practice, and I will weave my personal experience and insights into each lesson.
A shared pot luck lunch will be provided so you can connect with the group and perhaps find a meditation buddy along the way.
At the beginning of the class, you will receive a meditation journal, macramé meditation crystal, and information sheets to support your journey.
This course requires a minimum of six people to run. If you book as a group of six there is a group discount.

Travel costs may apply. If you require a location a booking fee will be required for the location otherwise I can come to you.
