Ready to deepen your meditation practice? Whether your beginner journey was smooth or challenging, this course meets you where you are and guides you forward.

The Advanced Course is a full-day immersive experience that builds upon your existing practice, exploring diverse meditation techniques including focus meditation, concentration practices, and sound meditation. You'll discover which methods resonate most deeply with your personal journey and learn how to adapt your practice to different life circumstances.

Through guided reflection and review sessions, you'll examine your meditation experiences—both the breakthroughs and the obstacles—and develop strategies to strengthen your practice. I will share advanced insights and techniques drawn from my own journey to help you navigate the deeper layers of meditation.

Please bring your meditation journal and crystal from the beginner course, along with any questions that have arisen during your practice. Ideally, this course is taken one month after completing the beginner level, though a longer interval is also welcome.

A shared lunch will be organised and light refreshments provided throughout the day. The shared lunch offers time to connect with fellow practitioners and share experiences in a supportive community setting.

Minimum group size: 6 participants, if you book as a group there will be a discount.

At the beginning of the class, you will receive an advanced meditation journal, macramé meditation crystal, and comprehensive resource materials to support your continued growth.
